Your core responsibilities will include: Providing comprehensive support and guidance to agents using eXp’s tools and systems, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. Responding promptly to agent inquiries through workplace chat, multi-queue phone systems, and HubSpot, while maintaining effective communication with other departments. Actively participating in the Onboarding Group, posting essential information, and facilitating knowledge sharing across various eXp groups. Managing and overseeing chats specific to your designated regions or throughout the USA. Execute job responsibilities efficiently within set deadlines. Maintain consistent communication with team members and supervisors via emails, instant messaging, and video conferencing. Participate actively in virtual meetings, updating on progress and engaging in discussions. Adhere to all company policies, with a strong emphasis on data security and confidentiality. Deliver high-quality results in assigned projects, tasks, and assignments, ensuring meticulous attention to detail. Effectively manage and prioritize workload to meet deadlines and achieve outcomes. Continuously enhance skills through training and self-directed learning. Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues using remote collaboration tools for document and project sharing.
