Responsibilities:


  • Address and resolve customer inquiries related to retirement operations, including contributions, distributions, account conversions, recharacterizations, and state withholding reconciliations.
  • Perform data analysis and ensure the accurate recording of transactions with appropriate accounting and coding standards.
  • Support management in developing metrics that track the progress and resolution of retirement account inquiries.
  • Process customer requests for fund transfers out of retirement accounts, ensuring tax implications are understood and properly managed.
  • Resolve issues related to retirement accounts, thoroughly documenting the resolution process.
  • Ensure data integrity is maintained across client-facing systems and displays.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with retirement accounts, IRS regulations, or tax reporting obligations is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with robust organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and achieve objectives in a fast-paced environment.
