ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an account manager for The Hellman Agency, you play an active role in growing our business as you grow and develop as an insurance and financial services professional. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Establish and deepen customer relationships 
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
  • Promote successful and long-lasting customer relationships. 
  • Achieve individual and team production targets
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in sales preferred, but not required
  • Experience managing client/customer relationships is preferred
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
  • Competitive, results-oriented mindset with an emphasis on creating your own success
  • Desire for personal and professional growth and advancement, with a willingness to learn
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work as a member of a team toward common goals
  • Ability to pass required property/casualty and life/health licensing exams
