We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Success Account Manager who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Our ideal candidate is a highly efficient and organized person, with an excellent track record of building customer relationships, building brand loyalty, growing revenue, and preventing churn.
Key Responsibilities
- You are the Trusted Advisor who will ensure an exceptional customer experience and assure maximum return on the use of WiLine services.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders within assigned accounts.
- You will conduct ongoing account meetings to assure customer satisfaction, understand customer goals, and communicate how WiLine can assist in supporting those objectives.
- Educate customers, make them aware of the WiLine suite of products, and grow wallet share by upselling, selling additional services, and servicing new locations.
- You will closely manage and nurture accounts to identify and eliminate the risk of churn.
- You will analyze customer account trends and provide feedback to internal stakeholders to ensure quality standards, customer requirements, and features are properly deployed and addressed.
- 3 plus years of B2B sales with industry experience
- Consistent track record of 100%+ quota achievement
- Self-starter with proven success as a sales leader
- Experience using sales tools such as HubSpot and ZoomInfo, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Technically adept
Location:
We have been very successful with a remote office work model so we are flexible regarding location as the team grows. However, the position requires work hours that are consistent with Pacific Time Zone business hours.
