Commercial Insurance Account Manager

Looking for a great opportunity? Commercial Lines Insurance is your answer. As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for the effective management of existing customers along with the development and acquisition of new customers. You will be counted on for strategic development and growth of profitable existing customer relationships with a focus on retaining and selling new and featured products to ensure continued growth. This will involve promoting and marketing company products, supported by an approved marketing strategy, with the overall goal of profit growth.

Responsibilities
- Develop insurancequotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Provideexceptional customer service.
- Be outstanding at relationship building.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.
- Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
- Stay up-to-date on industry market trends and best practices
- Assess and identify the wants and needs of your customer(s) over the phone
- Uphold the wants and needs of your customers
Requirement
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Must have ability to multi-task.
- Great Customer Service Skills.
- Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Minimum 1 year priorinsurance experience preferred (will train good individual).
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
- Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
