We are recruiting for an Outside Sales Representative based in the Cleveland, OH, area. The successful candidate will sell our clients' Medical Devices. Our client is an innovative leader in the Surgical Magnification/Illumination industry. Their products are used daily worldwide during lifesaving microsurgical operations and cutting-edge dental procedures.

This position is for applicants with 1-3 years of successful sales or related professional work experience. We would consider an entry-level recent college graduate candidate with the right background.

Territory: This is an exclusive territory based in Cleveland, which requires approximately 40% travel both inside and outside the territory. The territory covers all of Cleveland and southern Michigan up to Ludington. The role would involve staying overnight for 5-6 nights per month. Additionally, you will be expected to attend work conferences and trade shows 4 to 6 times per year, which would involve flying.

You will join a growing company and sell our client's surgical and dental visual enhancement. You will call on surgeons, hospitals, operating rooms, dentists, dental hygienists, surgical residency programs, dental schools, dental hygienist schools, and ophthalmologists.

Responsibilities and Duties: 85% of your activity will involve following up on leads provided by the company. You will also meet with medical doctors, dental professionals, and hygienists who want to see you throughout your exclusive territory. In addition, our client attends several dozen professional conferences each year. The sales representatives will work at these meetings, typically four to six annually.

Qualifications and Skills: The candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree, be organized and self-motivated, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently. They must also enjoy travel.
