Chemical Sales and Industrial Distribution Career Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and successful Industrial Sales professional to join our growing team at Nuance Solutions. As a Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts and connecting with new prospects in the Midwest territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a Midwest sales territory, working with distributors and end users to grow existing accounts and add new ones.
  • Develop and execute customer sales plans, accepted by distributor customers and implemented.
  • Conduct effective group presentations and demos of our products, and train distributors and their salespeople.
  • Travel up to 50% per month, scheduling full days with prospects and existing accounts.
  • Communicate effectively with our support team, including customer service, pricing coordinator, R&D, and management.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Industrial sales, with a proven track record of consistently exceeding sales budgets.
  • Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to educate and motivate others.
  • Reside in the Ohio area or southern Michigan.
