Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique hiring needs, company culture, and long-term goals.
Talent Acquisition: Source, identify, and engage with high-quality candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for client roles.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.
Negotiation & Placement: Facilitate the interview process, negotiate offers, and successfully place candidates in roles that align with both client expectations and candidate aspirations.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and the competitive landscape to provide clients with informed recruitment advice.
Reporting: Provide regular updates to clients and Caliber management on recruitment progress, candidate feedback, and market insights.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a specific niche or industry. Experience with ERP, IT, or specialized tech recruitment is a strong plus.
Track Record: Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in a high-demand, competitive market.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence both clients and candidates effectively.
Self-Motivation: Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to navigate complex hiring scenarios.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and social media platforms for talent acquisition.
Network: Established professional network within your niche or industry, with a reputation for delivering results.
Compensation:
This is a 100% commission-based role, offering unlimited earning potential based on your performance. The more successful placements you make, the higher your commission earnings.
