Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Offshore Recruiter to join our dynamic team at United Global Technologies. This role is critical in supporting our US-based clients by managing the full recruitment life cycle—from sourcing candidates to submission, placement, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing & Screening:
    • Identify and engage top talent through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative sourcing methods.
    • Conduct thorough candidate screening, including technical assessments, to ensure alignment with job requirements.
  • Candidate Management:
    • Maintain a robust candidate pipeline for multiple job requisitions in high-volume environments.
    • Build and nurture relationships with candidates, providing consistent communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Recruitment Process Management:
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers with candidates.
    • Ensure compliance with US labor laws and client-specific hiring guidelines.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
    • Work closely with account managers and US-based hiring teams to understand client needs and align recruitment efforts.
    • Provide regular status updates and feedback loops with internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Submission & Placement:
    • Prepare and submit detailed candidate profiles to clients, highlighting their qualifications, experience, and fit for the role.
    • Coordinate client interviews and facilitate feedback from both the candidate and client.
  • High-Volume Recruitment:
    • Handle multiple job requisitions simultaneously in high-demand industries, ensuring quick turnaround times and high-quality submissions.
    • Manage large-scale hiring projects with tight deadlines and high expectations.

Requirements:

  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting for US-based companies.
    • Proven track record of handling high-volume recruitment accounts independently.
    • Experience across various industries, with a focus on technical, IT, engineering, or other specialized roles.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong proficiency in using ATS systems (e.g., Crelate, Bullhorn) and recruitment tools.
    • Excellent candidate sourcing skills using job boards, social media, and networking.
    • Ability to assess technical qualifications and match them with client job descriptions.
  • Independence & Reliability:
    • Self-starter capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
    • Ability to meet deadlines and handle the full recruitment process autonomously.
  • References & Track Record:
    • Must provide references from previous US-based clients or employers.
    • Demonstrated success in placing candidates who remained employed past 90 days.

Compensation:

  • Monthly Base Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience.
  • Bonus Structure: A generous bonus will be awarded for each candidate successfully placed and retained for over 90 days.
