Infinity Floors is currently searching for a part- and full-time Designer Sales Consultant to join their team in Avon Lake, Ohio. Our design center showroom is state-of-the-art and features a broad range of flooring samples. Our designers have experience assisting our clients with the coordination of their flooring needs and are also happy to show you samples of tile, hardwood, carpet and luxury vinyl floors.

Schedule:

  • Full & Part-time available

The right candidate will have:

  • Previous customer service experience – required
  • Knowledge of product: hardwood, luxury vinyl floors, tile, carpet – preferred
  • Willingness and ability to learn and retain knowledge
  • Basic computer and math skills (Experience with Word and Excel)
  • Self-starter attitude
  • Ability to multitask

Our Designer Sales will:

  • Greet customers as they come into the business
  • Educate customers on product specific to their needs
  • Learn all products and their applications
  • Select products for customers based on needs
  • Ensure the show room is clean and organized
  • Create invoices, check stock and price of items
  • Schedule appointments
  • Answer phones
  • Order entry and tracking
