Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing new employee documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Prepare HR reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Assist in organizing training and development programs for employees.
- Help maintain a positive workplace environment by promoting employee engagement initiatives.
- Support HR team with various administrative tasks as assigned, including filing, data entry, and scheduling meetings.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
