Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Therapist to join our team. This role is ideal for Associate-level clinicians (ASW, AMFT, APC) and licensed professionals (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) who are passionate about supporting clients through compassionate, client-centered therapy. You will manage a small caseload of clients and, if not yet licensed, have the opportunity to provide clinical supervision for associates and review clinical documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions to a caseload of at least 15 clients per week.
- Deliver evidence-based and trauma-informed therapeutic interventions.
- Complete timely and accurate documentation for all sessions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and monitor client treatment plans.
- Engage in regular supervision and training to enhance clinical skills.
- (For licensed therapists) Assist in clinical supervision of associates and review clinical documentation as needed.
- Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance.

- Continuing Education Units (CEUs) to encourage professional development.
- Clinical supervision to support growth and licensure requirements (for associates).
- $40 - $45 per billable hour, allowing flexibility and rewarding productivity.
- Active registration or licensure as an ASW, AMFT, APC, LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in California.
- Strong commitment to ethical practice and client-centered care.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Experience with trauma-informed and evidence-based practices is preferred.
