The responsibilities include payroll, taxes, accounts payable/receivable, account reconciliation, and working with our company accountant. General office administration tasks such as answering phones, receiving packages, processing mail, creating tickets, and CRM data entry.

Requirements• Strong working knowledge of bookkeeping, payroll, AP/AR, and accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook), with advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online
