Job Description:

This will be a customer-facing role and will require excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Receives and directs visitors to appropriate locations and parties.

Operates a single or multiple position telephone system.

Maintains a visitors' log and issues badges when necessary and notifies personnel of visitor arrival.

May perform related clerical work such as word processing, filing, sorting, and mail distribution.
