Job Title: Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and maintaining a positive and professional work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt and accurate customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships, following up with customers as needed.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
  • Proactive in problem-solving and dedicated to customer service.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and effectively relate to customers.
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain).
