Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our manufacturing operations division. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge and skills in product assembly and production flow, with meticulous attention to detail resulting in high-quality products.
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Perform assigned product manufacturing and assembly tasks. Conduct quality checks on produced parts and components. Expertise in performing electronic rework under a microscope for components. Execute repairs and rework as necessary, promptly reporting any issues. Conduct testing of sub-assemblies and final products. Maintain accurate documentation of all process steps performed. Ensure a safe and organized work environment. Adhere to internal policies, operating procedures, and industry regulations. Provide support for other business operations including shipping, receiving, and stockroom duties.Education/Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or GED. Minimum two years of experience as a manufacturing technician or similar role. Highly desirable: SMD soldering experience. Proficient in hand soldering components under a microscope. Familiarity with production processes and standards in a related industry preferred. Extensive experience in performing quality control procedures. Working knowledge of computers and Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel). Ability to read schematics and follow written procedures. Mechanical aptitude is essential. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication skills.
