Manufacturing Technician Senior

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Technician Senior to join our team at Aerotek. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for the assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of complex control systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Subsystem level assembly and build functionality verification testing
- Advanced troubleshooting of highly customized control systems
- Programing and reworking of major subsystems
- Collaboration with supporting teams to ensure quality, waste, and efficiency requirements
- Performing in-process Quality Control inspections
- Developing expertise in system-level configurations and troubleshooting
- Supporting NPI build and testing activities
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- AS Electronics degree or relevant technical trade school diploma or training
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing technician role
- Prior experience with 6S manufacturing practices
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
