Job Summary

At Fabrinet West, we are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Equipment Technician to support our SMT equipment maintenance and repair needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on SMT equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  2. Calibrate torque drivers and other department equipment as needed.
  3. Conduct regular ESD checks on workstations, carts, and tools to maintain a safe working environment.
  4. Provide daily support to production teams as needed.
  5. Develop and deliver training to operators on equipment operation and maintenance.

Requirements:

  1. AA degree or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment.
  2. 2+ years of experience working with SMT equipment and in a manufacturing setting.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Reliable, organized, and punctual with a strong attention to detail.
