Join FactSet’s Professional Services Group as a Project Manager to coordinate projects at our “Buy Side” clients (Institutional Asset Managers and Asset Owners). The Professional Services Group partners with our clients to deliver improvements in their operating model by designing solutions, managing projects, and providing subject matter expertise. As a Project Manager, you will hold a pivotal role in successfully coordinating these changes at our clients. What You'll Do

Supporting FactSet Professional Services team’s opportunities globally  Managing all required project documents, including but not limited to, the project charter, work breakdown structure, RACI matrix, budget, timeline, risk and issues log, and any additional artifacts required by the project Modifying project documents based on activities listed in the Statement of Work Preparing internal and external status reports Managing internal and external stakeholders Coordinating resources needed for all phases of the project Identifying and escalating shortfalls proactively Identifying risks and creating mitigation plans Managing change requests Logging project tasks and tracking to resolution Creating internal and external status reports, including the tracking of key milestones Escalating issues, as appropriate Developing product and project management expertise

What We're Looking For

Required Skills

Master/ Bachelor degree 4 years of relevant professional experience Interest in financial sector and investment industry Strong communicator Previous client facing experience Project management skills and coordination experience

Desired Skills

PMP certification would be beneficial Technical/ Finance background
