Our expertise encompasses business-to-business outreach, telephonic engagement initiatives, peer-to-peer messaging, canvassing efforts, and thorough organizational management.

The Roles: We are seeking individuals for various positions including Petitioner, Canvass Manager, Project Manager, Data Manager, Canvasser, Voter Registrar, Phone Banker/Texter, Campaign Team Lead, Senior Campaign Manager, Chief Operating Officer, Senior Data Manager, Senior Data Engineering Manager, and Senior Project Manager.

Job Type: Petitioner, Canvass and Petitioner Manager

Work Schedule: Candidates should have the flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.

Position Summary: In this pivotal role, you will contribute significantly to our mission of mobilizing and empowering voters across specific U.S. states and territories. Your primary duty will involve engaging with community members, delivering accurate and pertinent information regarding upcoming elections, candidates, and critical ballot measures, while motivating them to participate in the electoral process. This position presents a remarkable opportunity to make a direct impact on the local community, enhance civic engagement, and support the democratic process.

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to read and write proficiently.
  • Access to reliable transportation.
  • Completion of a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Commitment to work every assigned day.
  • Physical capability to walk and/or stand for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):

  • Previous experience in political and/or electoral engagement.
  • Strong understanding of field strategy, targeting, and metrics.
  • Familiarity with canvassing software and platforms.

Salary:

  • $21 - $27 per hour (Role & Project Based, Varies)
