Job Summary:
As a Logistics & Purchasing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our resources by sourcing materials and coordinating deliveries. Your responsibilities will include maintaining vendor lists, making purchasing decisions, and supporting inventory management. Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full-time
- Location: Appleton, WI
- Pay Rate: $22-$24/Hour
- Shift: 1st

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Use personal protective equipment as per company and contractor policies.
- Make purchasing decisions under the direction of the Supply Chain Manager.
- Maintain vendor lists and establish strong relationships with suppliers.
- Assist the Accounting department with month-end preparation.
- Review sales postings daily to ensure accuracy.
- Source, compare, and analyze pricing to make cost-effective purchasing decisions.
- Communicate shipping status and updates to project managers.
- Organize the transfer of necessary inventory between stores.
- Set daily delivery schedule routes for efficiency and time-saving measures.
- Label materials upon receiving and maintain an order and freight tracker.
- Update pricing in the system as needed.
- Receive and post purchase orders in the system accurately.
- Maintain and monitor inventory in the parts room and warehouse.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree is a plus.
- At least one year of purchasing, financial, or administrative experience.
- Excellent computer skills, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
