Administrative Assistant

Join our team as an Administrative Assistant at Toys for Trucks, where you will provide exceptional support to our VP of Retail Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and type documents, presentations, and sales sheets
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting logistics
- Drive accountability within the executive team
- Create and manage reports and spreadsheets
- Perform office duties, including ordering supplies and managing records
- Serve as customer concierge and ensure meeting spaces are ready
- Arrange corporate travel and meetings
- Organize events, conferences, and car shows
- Attend weekly team conference calls and take notes
- Collaborate with the VP of Retail Ops and other leadership team members
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 2+ years' experience as an administrative assistant supporting senior-level management
- Automotive industry experience a plus
- Strong organizational management skills in a fast-paced work environment
- Professional demeanor, positive outlook, and a can-do attitude
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to build strong relationships
- Knowledge of NetSuite and Microsoft Office
- High School diploma or equivalent minimum; associate or bachelor's degree a plus
Compensation:
Base Salary: $17-$24/hour depending on experience
