We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth for our HVAC services. This role requires a keen understanding of HVAC systems and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through various channels, including inbound leads, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Conduct outbound sales calls and follow up on leads to convert them into sales.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and manage the sales process from initial contact to closing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Report on sales activities, pipeline status, and results to management.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Pay Range: $18-20 per hour plus commission
