Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inside sales, assisting walk-in customers and overseeing in-store sales processes.
  • Perform outside sales by proactively contacting potential clients and fostering relationships within the industry.
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-end customers, providing personalized service and solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective inside and outside sales strategies.
  • Manage sales pipeline, follow up with leads, and ensure timely closing of deals.
  • Collaborate with the team to create promotional strategies and sales initiatives.
Required Skills:
  • 2+ years of experience in appliance sales or a related industry (tile and stone, Home furnishing, flooring, etc.).
  • Ability to balance both inside and outside sales activities effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with residential appliances and the ability to learn technical product details quickly.
  • Valid driver's license for travel to meet with clients.
Compensation and Benefits:

The compensation structure is base + commission. The base salary for this role is $40,000 - $60,000. A successful sales representative can expect on-target earnings of $100,000+.
