Reporting to the VP of GTM Operations, the Director, GTM Enablement position plays an essential role in translating Intapp’s strategy to an execution plan and driving operational excellence to achieve the greatest results possible. The Director, GTM Enablement is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality training and coaching programs for the sales, account management, and solution consultant teams. The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, internal subject matter expert leaders, and learning to ensure that the teams we support have the skills, knowledge, and resources they need to achieve their business goals. 

What you will do:

Develop courses and forums for sales coaching for sales, account management and solution consultant teams.Create a multi-faceted skillset certification process where accomplishments are recognized through a prestigious badge program.Provide coaching around skills, execution, processes as well as ensure that the coordination in the go-to-market team is efficient and effortless.Lead the design and development of engaging and effective training and coaching solutions, such as e-learning modules, workshops, playbooks, job aids across online, in-person and hybrid formats adapting methods and techniques to create a compelling user experience.Conducting needs assessments and gap analysis to identify the learning and development requirements of the sales roles we support.Evaluating and measuring the impact and effectiveness of the training and coaching programs, using quantitative and qualitative data and feedback. Planning and budgeting for the resources, tools and vendors needed to support the design, development, and delivery of the training and coaching programs. Staying updated on the latest trends, best practices, and innovations in sales enablement, learning and development as well as vertical industry sales plays.Be an observer and feedback loop to Role Owners, Hiring Managers, Learning and Development, HR and Talent Acquisition teams on skills strengths and weakness to improve readiness, onboarding processes or hiring practices and profiles for future hiring.

What you will need:

Bachelor’s degree5+ years’ experience in a high-performance SaaS sales organization in enablement or learning and development.A strong understanding of the SaaS sales environment, including sales content, tools, and training.Experience with content management and learning management systems.Able to build internal relationships with sales and marketing.Financial services and professional services vertical experience preferred.Excellent communication skills.
