Job Description Summary: As a member of PayPal’s Blockchain, Crypto and Digital Currency (BCDC) team, you will develop and deploy programs in an ongoing effort to increase overall sales productivity, support the launch and activation of our partners, and manage a unified growth strategy - all with the goal of growing PYUSD in circulation. This is a critical and highly visible position in the BCDC organization reporting to the Senior Director of Commercial Operations. The role requires considerable cross-functional collaboration, executive interface, as well as internal and external client & stakeholder engagement.

**Job Description**:

- Preference to Crypto or Web3 block chain experience
- 1-2 years in Crypto industry preferred, 6 months at minimum, or larger company in crypto partnerships
- Flexible to fully virtual model

**Sales Enablement**
- Provide the team with the learning materials, content, and resources to drive sales growth and success (i.e. pitch decks, collaterals, webinars, case studies, sales training docs)
- Manage sales enablement communication process and channels; outline solution objectives, activation opportunities, schedules, deliverables and cost estimates
- Gather and implement feedback to continuously iterate and develop the sales enablement strategy

**Partner Activations**
- Work with partner teams to develop and execute a multi-pronged partner activation strategy, maximizing program reach to drive awareness and usage of PYUSD
- Create scalable activation opportunities that can be continuously optimized to accelerate velocity and results
- Track and measure the results of activation programs, use this data to iterate and inform future opportunities, and regularly report results to key business stakeholders

**PYUSD Growth & Thought Leadership**
- Shape strategy and drive initiatives to shepherd the expansion of PYUSD with the goal of driving brand awareness, adoption, usage, and revenue
- Lead rapid experimentation of channels, campaigns, creative, and incentives
- Oversee budgets and manage the day-to-day performance tracking as well as reporting to key stakeholders
- Develop, launch and optimize a PYUSD content strategy that reinforces PYUSD differentiation by contributing thought leadership across key topics
- Research and evaluate prospective events (owned and sponsored) to ensure PYUSD and PayPal have a regular presence across industry events and are aligned with communities of influence

Actual Compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to work location, and relevant skills and experience.

The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is $64000 to $156750
