The Scheduling Analyst plans and prepares manufacturing production schedules, assesses changes and improves processes as necessary. Tracks status of material availability, and potential production problems to ensure that personnel, equipment, and materials are available as needed. Prepares reports on works in progress. Coordinates material requirements to ensure a controlled flow of approved materials are timed to meet production requirements. Coordinates interdepartmental activity with quality assurance, manufacturing, purchasing, engineering, inventory control, traffic, and other groups. Schedules and expedites the movement of parts by means of move orders, stock transfers and requests for shipping orders. Review and maintain master production schedule (MPS).

What You Will Do

Evaluate and coordinate material requirements to ensure a controlled flow of approved materials timed to meet production/customer requirements Evaluate and status the assemblies that are in progress, material availability, and potential production and / or Depot problems Solves any potential production and / or Depot problems to ensure that personnel, equipment, materials, and services are provided as needed Control and analysis of multiple and moderate complexity, Bills of Material in an MRP system Confirm material supply demand and prepare necessary work orders based on shop load and inventory requirements Summarize inventory shortage impacts for assemblies and end items that will be or are released to the factory floor Coordinate interdepartmental activities with quality assurance, manufacturing, purchasing, and engineering Propose solutions to mitigate any work stoppage the factory teams may experience due to any slips in material orders Interface with internal customers Participates in projects and or teams to accomplish continuous improvement This is an onsite role

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires a University Degree and less than 2 years prior relevant experience. Experience in any of the following: Supply Chain, Production and/or and Planning Control, MRP, Inventory Management, Capacity Planning, Property Management, JIT Concepts, Master Production Scheduling, or Delivery Administration The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management Experience with SAP or other ERP systems Experience with Government and Depot type processes Experience reading and evaluating lists of parts required for production work and working with a production planning system Experience interfacing, collaborating, and communicating with all levels of an organization, as well as with a large external customer base, to accomplish tasks. Current DOD Security Clearance Experience working with MS Office applications including, but not limited to Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. Location Info and/or Links: Tucson, AZ: The salary range for this role is 53,000 USD - 103,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
