Position Overview:

The Licensed Behavior Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting individuals and their families by delivering and coordinating services in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). This is achieved through comprehensive assessments, behavior modification techniques, and the enhancement of adaptive life skills.

In this supervisory capacity within the ABA division, the Licensed Behavior Analyst is responsible for managing program development and training for Direct Support Professionals (DSP / BTs). Key responsibilities include facilitating ABA training sessions, creating resources for clients and their families, providing exemplary teaching and instructional support, implementing assessment methodologies, and developing Behavior Support Plans. The role also involves ongoing training and supervision, establishing data collection protocols, formulating behavior intervention plans, collaborating with staff, reviewing and approving plans, documenting session notes, offering consultation services, staying abreast of current research and literature, managing administrative tasks efficiently, and fulfilling additional responsibilities as required.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Active certification in the state of Arizona
  • Successful completion of background check and Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Expertise in Discrete Trial Training (DTT), Natural Environment Training (NET), and other ABA methodologies

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time (Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM)

Salary Range:

  • $85,000 - $100,000
