The CSC is at the center of assisting client teams with the management and growth of client relationships, as well as ensuring that DataDelivers effectively delivers value to our clients. The CSC is responsible for executing day-to-day email and social campaigns, successfully handling multiple projects, deadlines, and client contacts. The CSC role requires a passion for client service excellence and a talent for organizing innovative marketing solutions. The CSC is pivotal in a cross functional team, bringing together resources across data, marketing, analytics, and technology. This position requires a passionate individual that is very detail-oriented and adapts well to a fast-paced environment while covering a variety of duties and tasks.

Responsibilities:


  • Manage email campaign deployment calendar and ensure email timelines are met
  • Build, edit, test, quality check and deploy a broad range of email types including, but not limited to newsletters, static, dynamic, and automated trigger emails
  • Execute email campaigns in HTML/CSS for mobile and desktop
  • Manage project plans, timelines and internal communications including status and next steps
  • Assist with ongoing client communication including regularly scheduled meetings and calls and provide exceptional follow-up
  • Manage project plans from beginning to end and retain all information or research needed to complete the project
  • Provide administrative project management support to managers
  • Assist in creating client presentations using PowerPoint and ensuring all client deliverables meet DataDelivers document standards
  • Assemble and package HTML client deliverables including code, copy and imagery
  • Create imagery for email and social campaigns using design software tools and services as such Photoshop and Canva
  • Pull and assign audience lists to corresponding campaigns, under the direction of management and client owners
  • Assist by pulling basic campaign reporting metrics and provide recommendations to improve open rates and conversions

Qualifications:

Written and Verbal Communication (internal & external)

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate with internal and external clients
  • 3+ years of relevant client service and project management experience
  • Ensure team members and clients are kept current on email project status by managing plans and timelines
  • Assist with ongoing client communication including regularly scheduled meetings and calls and provide timely and detailed follow-up on status and next steps
  • Communicate effectively with internal team as well as clients and always represent yourself and the company professionally

Project Management

  • Proactive team member with a strong sense of urgency and commitment to excellence
  • Superior organizational and critical thinking skills in a fast paced, results driven environment
  • Manage project plans and timelines from beginning to end, retaining all information or research needed to complete the project
  • Responsible for coordinating and conducting meetings to DataDelivers standards
  • Fully engage with Workbook software to support project management
  • Provide team and clients will status reports, meeting notes, timetables, etc.
  • Provide project management support to Managers
  • Ensure team members and clients are kept current on email project status by managing plans and timelines
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects in a fast paced, results driven environment

Client and Team Relationships

  • Develop and maintain superior relationships (internal and external clients) in a collaborative work environment
  • Work directly with Product team on client projects
  • Effectively work within internal teams to meet client expectations
  • Proven ability to influence and hold accountable team members throughout the company
  • Work with external creative and data agencies to ensure client deliverables are in line with scope

Client Marketing Solutions

  • Contribute to project profitability by understanding how timing and quality of work contribute to the bottom-line
  • Solutions driven and proactive in communicating opportunities to account leadership
  • Diligently adhere to coding best practices for rendering and deliverability across all clients and platforms
  • Assist in creating client presentations using PowerPoint and ensure all client deliverables meet DataDelivers document standards
  • Coordinate project planning and resource allocation as needed
