Overview
Become an integral part of the Fraser team as a Client Services Coordinator. We are committed to delivering outstanding support for clients across various needs. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing essential Clinical Operations tasks, including scheduling appointments, overseeing admissions, and serving as the first point of contact for clients.
Work Environment:
- Fraser locations
- Standard business hours, Monday through Friday
Compensation:
The starting hourly wage for this position is $18.00, with opportunities for advancement based on experience and performance.
Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- At least one year of experience in scheduling or administrative roles
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong customer service aptitude
- Proficient communication skills in English
