Coordinating social marketing efforts with other marketing and media teams. Experience/Qualifications

Preferred degree in Marketing, Videography, or related fields.

Social Media Platforms - A solid understanding of various social media platforms (, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok) and their features. Trends and Algorithms - Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to optimize content reach and engagement. Analytics and Insights - Proficiency in using analytics tools to track and interpret social media metrics, measuring the success of campaigns and strategies. Content Creation - Ability to create compelling and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and written copy. Copywriting - Strong writing skills to craft engaging and effective captions, posts, and articles that align with brand voice. Community Management - Skill in engaging with the audience, responding to comments, and managing online conversations in a positive manner. Campaign Management - Experience in planning, executing, and analyzing social media campaigns to achieve specific goals. Creativity - Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative ideas to capture audience attention. Adaptability - Flexibility to adapt to changes in social media. Communication - Strong communication skills to effectively convey messages and maintain a consistent brand image. Time Management - Efficiently manages time to handle multiple tasks, schedule posts, and meet deadlines. Analytical Thinking - Critical thinking skills to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions for social media strategy improvements.
