Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to bring our brand strategy to life socially. This role will be responsible for developing and executing successful social media marketing programs, driving awareness, purchase intent, conversion, and loyalty to meet our growth goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage the organic social content calendar and content creation in alignment with overall editorial and sales plans.
  • Lead community management efforts, engaging with consumers and representing a direct line to the brand.
  • Liaise with internal partners and outside digital agencies to meet social goals and KPIs.
  • Manage our affiliate and social influencer programs, working with our outside agency to develop influencer briefs, identify and approve influencers, and review and approve influencer content.
  • Analyze social assets and data to make informed recommendations for continual improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 5-8 years of social media management experience preferred.
  • Some experience in the supplement industry and knowledge of DSHEA guidelines preferred.
  • Strong project management skills and commitment to executional excellence.
  • Experience working with internal partners and outside digital agencies to meet social goals and KPIs.
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
