Continuous Process Improvement Expert

Eagle Integrated Services (EIS) is searching for a Continuous Improvement Process Expert to join a team in Fort Belvoir, VA.
The CPI Expert will work collaboratively with DLA Transformation, MSC CPI offices, and other areas of DLA in support of DLA Performance Improvement (PI).
Key Responsibilities:
The candidate shall provide expert advice, assistance, guidance, coaching or counseling to improve DLA’s mission-oriented PI posture. Support includes the following services:
Provide management and strategy consulting. Provide program planning, change management, auditing, assessments, and evaluations. Assist with, and conduct, studies, analyses, scenarios, modeling, and reports relating to an agency's mission-oriented business programs or initiatives. Conduct CPI projects using a variety of improvement methodologies (., LSS, BPR, TOC, Lean, HCD, Agile Project Management (excludes Software Development), DFSS, . Provide pre-investment BPR analysis. Provide advanced statistical analysis. Provide modeling, simulation, and other applicable approaches to support a robust approach to improving processes. Coach Government Personnel through project execution at all belt levels or equivalent in other methodologies throughout the life of their project(s). Provide coaching to DLA project leadership. Develop and conduct organizational CPI maturity assessments. Provide CPI deployment advice and execution assistance. Support and assist execution of enterprise and organizational CPI deployments to include assistance with government CPI governance, management and strategy. Expert assessment, reporting, and preparation of organizations to achieve recognition in nationally accepted performance quality award programs (. Baldrige and Shingo awards). Provide specific actionable recommendations to improve DLA enterprise and organizational process performance, and issuance improvements. Execute recommended process improvements and provide draft issuance improvements for government review and acceptance. Maintain and utilize CAPER as the authoritative source for CPI projects. Develop and/or deliver CPI training. Develop CPI tools and templates. Develop marketing materials specific to CPI goals and objectives.Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field. Experience: Must have Advanced CPI expertise, to include at least five (5) years of certified LSS MBB, and prefer supplemental training as a HCD Design Expert, Lean Sensei, or Scrum Master (non-software development). Experience must demonstrate the completion of strategic level projects with significant measure results. Training experience type will be specified at the task order level PWS. Must have at least three (3) years coaching candidates, and Federal Government Senior Leaders (FLag Rank Officers and Senior Executive Services). Proven ability to secure a CAC and DLA systems access on the first day of work. Skills and Competencies: A valid/recognized third party certification as a MBB, Lean Sensei or Scrum Master from a recognized institution, for which successful completion of a test and project were required for certification.Clearance Requirement
