How you'll make an impact:
Salesforce Administration & Configuration:
Assist in configuring and customizing Salesforce to meet business requirements.
Support the setup and management of user profiles, roles, and permissions.
Manage data imports, exports, and data quality within Salesforce.
Development & Integration:
Help with developing custom reports, dashboards, and workflows within Salesforce.
Assist in creating and maintaining custom objects, fields, and page layouts.
Support the integration of Salesforce with other systems and applications using tools like Salesforce Connect, APIs, and middleware.
Troubleshooting & Support:
Provide technical support to users, resolving issues and answering questions related to Salesforce functionality.
Participate in troubleshooting and resolving bugs or system issues.
Experience you'll bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
1+ years of experience with CRM concepts and Salesforce functionality.
1+ years of experience working with Salesforce’s user interface and common features (e.g., objects, fields, reports).
Basic knowledge of Salesforce configuration tools and options (e.g., Workflow Rules, Process Builder).
1+ years of experience working with SQL and basic database querying
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Platform App Builder
Understanding of Apex code and Visualforce pages.
Familiarity with integration concepts and tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
