Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to manage our front desk and create a welcoming environment for our clients and employees. You will be the first point of contact for all visitors and play a key role in maintaining smooth office operations. This position is ideal for someone with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
- Answer and direct incoming calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate restocking when necessary.
Qualifications
Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with a focus on customer service.
- Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus.
