En tant que membre de l’équipe Ressources humaines, Recrutement du personnel, vous trouverez de façon proactive et évaluerez les meilleurs candidats externes, en vue d’embaucher des membres d’équipe aptes à nous aider à offrir une expérience exceptionnelle aux clients et aux employés. En tant que partenaire, Recrutement du personnel, vous soutiendrez en élaborant des plans de recrutement et en recrutant activement des candidats de grande qualité qui appuieront la réussite des plans d’affaires et l’atteinte des objectifs. Vous utiliserez votre expertise du recrutement et du marché du travail pour exercer une influence et pour remettre en question les hypothèses de gestion des compétences, procurant ainsi un avantage concurrentiel à la Banque CIBC.

Comment réussir

Dotation stratégique en personnel – Trouver des stratégies et des canaux de dotation en personnel afin d’établir un pipeline de candidats pour votre portefeuille. Établir des relations, gérer et exploiter votre présence professionnelle en ligne et sur les médias sociaux, et repérer des candidats potentiels dans votre réseau. Fournir des conseils éclairés aux directeurs chargés de l’embauche en recourant à diverses techniques d’entrevue et d’évaluation pour valider l’expérience des candidats.

Sens des affaires – Se tenir au fait des tendances du marché du travail et des renseignements sur la concurrence afin de transmettre aux partenaires d’affaires des analyses et des recommandations qui amélioreront la qualité des candidats externes. Acquérir une expertise approfondie de votre portefeuille pour mieux prévoir et influencer les plans et les décisions d’embauche.

Gestion relationnelle – Établir et entretenir de solides relations professionnelles avec les leaders, les partenaires internes et les candidats. Offrir la meilleure expérience qui soit aux candidats en gérant votre pipeline de candidats, en accusant réception de toutes les demandes et en assurant une communication régulière. Consulter les partenaires d’affaires sur les processus, les activités et les résultats de recrutement du personnel en tant que précieux partenaire.
