Job Summary

The Project Coordinator is responsible for coding all fuel charges, timesheets, material purchases, and expense reports charged to each project, so a P&L statement can be created for weekly reviews. They will track the dollar amount, profit, and loss for each project. Also, they will organize permits. This position supports the Project Management and Construction teams and works with other personnel in the department.

Responsibilities Create a P&L of every project for weekly review. Code charges correctly to projects. Code and submit subcontractor and vendor invoices for payment. Submit billing to Accounts Receivable so customers can be invoiced. Take progress reports or dailies and create red line/as-built drawings. Track and coordinate all project permits required for the completion of the project milestones. Follow up with vendors regarding permits.  Qualifications

Minimum

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or similar field of study. 1 year of experience. Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, such as Outlook and Excel, with intermediate to advanced spreadsheet capabilities. Ability to read blueprints and create red-lines or as-builts.

Preferred

2 or more years of experience.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, and scanners. 

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. This position is primarily sedentary, with some filing or lifting required. Must be able to bend and lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
