3. Summary of the opportunity
- Client Overview: We are hiring for a leading technology company focused on driving revenue outcomes with partners through innovative solutions.
- Role Summary: As a Temporary Partner Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with Global Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) to define integrated marketing strategies and plans that accelerate new market opportunities for Microsoft and its partners. You will be responsible for developing joint go-to-market motions, defining marketing strategies, executing campaigns, and measuring their impact. This role is vital to driving partner success and achieving revenue goals.
4. What are the key responsibilities?
- Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies aligned to partner solutions built for Microsoft Cloud.
- Define joint marketing plans, including campaign development, solution launch plans, messaging, and content creation.
- Understand partner business objectives and ensure alignment of GTM activities and marketing plans to deliver tangible impact.
- Establish and track KPIs to measure the impact of marketing initiatives on sales pipeline and revenue.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and high ROI.
5. What experience are we looking for to drive success?
- MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably with partner experience.
- 4+ years of experience in project management and marketing planning and execution.
- 5+ years of budget and operations experience, including managing marketing budgets and raising POs.
- Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong technical understanding of Microsoft cloud technologies.
- Ability to work cross-team in ambiguous and changing environments.
- Excellent communication and partnering skills.
