Job Description

Role Summary

We are looking for a candidate eager to join a dynamic atmosphere, someone who instills confidence in internal and external partners. You will work across functional units to ensure success. You will convey ideas and information through slides, and verbal and written materials. The can raise issues before they turn into problems. You also bring creative and strategic solutions to the table to help resolve issues and is someone who can work with change to evolve processes and challenge current thinking. You will report to our Client Success Manager. This position is remote-friendly.

Experience Required

  • Prioritize multiple work items
  • You can interpret data and present professional content to clients and team members
  • You are an analyst and can resolve issues
  • Experience with Salesforce, Smartsheets
  • Knowledge of human capital management systems and HR/Payroll/Tax related product offerings preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide service to our growing client base with an emphasis on one-touch service
  • Identify process improvements and work with product, management, and the team to implement changes
  • Track client deliverables from tax forms to system changes
  • Represent EES Tax Withholding as an expert on our service
