Client Support Representative

Position Overview:
We are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Authorize and oversee vehicle repair processes, ensuring vendor compliance with established procedures and pricing.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and quality assurance throughout the repair process.
- Follow up on vehicles that are out of service and monitor pending transactions to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Address and resolve any discrepancies in transactions with vendors, adhering to company guidelines.
- Facilitate goodwill adjustments for dealership repairs as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a customer service role.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (basic Excel skills required) and familiarity with Cisco Webex is preferred.
Work Environment:
This position will begin with an initial training period, followed by a transition to a remote work setup. The work schedule will typically be Monday through Friday, with flexible hours available.
