This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Customer Service Liaison, where you will play a crucial role in supporting our account managers and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with ordering vehicles and provide support with customer service-related tasks
  • Help drivers and educate them on the services they need in the future
  • Answer a high volume of customer emails and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
  • Utilize internal issue tracking systems to follow through on customer inquiries and issues
  • Process billing changes, generate reports, and distribute insurance cards
  • Contact drivers by email to gather missing information
  • Utilize Excel to efficiently sort through data and perform tasks
Requirements
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in an office setting
  • Strong written and email communication skills
  • Proficiency in the English language and ability to relay communications with properly formed sentences
  • Proficient with computers and MS Office suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
