Summary of the Role: Drive the future of Mitsubishi's dealer service and parts operations by coordinating and implementing our strategic plan. As a key leader, you will develop and mentor our field service staff, empowering them to support dealer and dealership Parts and Service teams. The ideal candidate must be located in Houston, TX, Dallas, TX, Chicago, IL, or Los Angeles, CA.

Responsibilities:

Manage and administer comprehensive parts and service training programs, including inventory control, MMNA policies, customer management, and parts and service management, ensuring dealer personnel are equipped to meet business plan objectives at both regional and national levels. Serve as the go-to expert for the FOSM field force, providing guidance on all customer handling initiatives and processes to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Lead national service process initiatives to establish and maintain a consistent and exceptional Mitsubishi service brand across all dealerships. Drive aftersales performance by achieving profitability targets, growing customer pay business, improving CSI scores, optimizing warranty administration, and boosting parts and accessory sales. Collaborate with FOSM and district staff to upgrade underperforming dealers. Manage the end-to-end process of preparing and finalizing service and parts documentation for dealer terminations, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures. Direct and support FOSM and District Parts and Service Managers in new dealer start-ups, guaranteeing the seamless implementation of fixed operations processes. Conduct joint contacts with regional parts and service personnel to implement initiatives to maximize dealer’s service and parts sales, operational effectiveness, and profitability. Monitor and advise regional management on dealer adherence to MMNA Corporate Policies and Procedures, ensuring consistency and compliance across all operations. Manage the activities of work groups’ members by providing opportunity for growth and development, by fostering an environment of open, honest communications, teamwork, creativity and high involvement producing a productive efficient team. Oversee the successful implementation of Customer Relations (CR) processes and CSI programs, working closely with the Fixed Operations Support Manager (FOSM). Manage and direct FOSM for successful implementation of technical training activities. Other duties as assigned or required.

Required Qualifications:

8+ years professional exempt-level automotive retail/wholesale experience, including experience as a District Service and/or Parts Manager. BS/BA or equivalent combination of education and experience. Automotive retail experience such as Parts, Customer Service, or Service Manager. Knowledge of Mitsubishi products. Formal training in such areas as sales techniques, financial statement analysis, inventories management and related marketing and advertising.
