Compensation Package:

$75,000 - $90,000 base salary, 15% bonus structure, comprehensive health/dental/vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and additional perks.


Qualifications for Regional Beverage Manager:
  • Minimum of 2 years in a management role.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a beverage manager in a full-service dining establishment.
  • Proficient in team leadership and development.
  • Knowledgeable in inventory management and back-of-house systems.
  • Sommelier and/or Cicerone certifications are highly desirable.

Responsibilities of the Regional Beverage Manager:
  • Oversee the development, implementation, and management of multiple beverage operations.
  • Conduct thorough training sessions for all levels of beverage staff.
  • Foster ongoing relationships with vendors.
  • Willingness to travel and maintain a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
