American Express Global Commercial Services (GCS), is the leading provider of payments for small, mid and large corporations globally. The Marketing Strategy and Content team provides strategic thought leadership, engaging content, and enterprise connectivity to fuel impactful, efficient, and cohesive B2B marketing. The B2B content marketing team, a subset of this team, drives impact for our customers and American Express by providing differentiated educational and inspiring content that empower businesses.

The Senior Analyst for Site Customer Experience will be responsible for supporting the creation and execution of a best-in-class user experience for the Business Class site.

Responsibilities:

Supports creation and execution of the website user experience strategy and roadmap Supports timely execution of site maintenance, enhancements, and test and learn activities to deliver effectively on business strategies and objectives Gathers customer insights to inform site enhancements Works with American Express Technology and other internal and external partners to facilitate discussion, alignment, and execution of plans Monitors metrics and site analytics in collaboration with the measurement team and recommends improvements Assists with all aspects of the Content Management System (CMS) Oversees budgets, timelines, select vendors and internal processes

Qualifications:

BA Required At least 1-3 years of relevant work experience in digital marketing, content marketing or site development (SEO and CMS knowledge a plus) Strong analytical skills Strong attention to detail Proven ability to influence/collaborate with cross-functional and external partners to drive results Must be able to take initiative and simultaneously manage multiple projects and priorities Advanced skills in MS PowerPoint/Word skills Passion for innovation and latest trends happening in user experience across digital platforms

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
