Process Improvement Business System Specialist I

: Supervise the progress of improvement efforts and integrate prior initiatives Train new and existing employees on lean tools and onsite programs Coach and develop leaders to adopt lean concepts and techniques Facilitate cross-functional teams to improve current processes and communicate results Monitor key performance indicators, perform root cause analysis, and implement action plans for continuous improvement Process data, build presentations, and record results using Microsoft Office suite Update and own process improvement projects in the PPI funnel for VSM area Attend Daily Tier meetings with VSM teams and Gemba Stay abreast of new developments in business process improvement methodology

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Science, or related field preferred 2+ years of experience in process improvement or other lean manufacturing program Experience leading multiple cross-functional team projects with responsibility for results Proficient skills with Microsoft Office suite Excellent written, interpersonal, and presentation skills Ability to multitask priorities and projects Ability to encourage innovation, collaboration, and team efficiency Ability to create and deliver training material on lean topics and site initiatives
