Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain process operating policies and procedures for Procurement and Program Services
  • Lead the strategy, development, and execution of process continuous improvement efforts
  • Support the standardization of Procurement and Program Services processes and process governance
  • Develop and execute process automation efforts for Procurement and Program Services
  • Provide subject matter expertise for process automation solutions and process governance
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain as a Buyer, Subcontract Manager, Material Program Manager, Business Process Management (Supply Chain Operations), Material Planner, Customs Processor, Financial Affordability Analyst, Supplier Data Analyst or in process documentation and automation
  • At least one year of experience working with SAP ECC (PRISM/APEX)
  • U.S. citizenship is required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong communication, meeting facilitation, collaboration and negotiation skills
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with change management activities along with strong presentation skills and project management skills
  • Working knowledge of Global Customs, Universal Commodity Codes and the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
  • Flexibility to travel to RTX sites as required

This is a hybrid role, eligible candidates must reside within commuting distance from Richardson, TX or Tucson, AZ.
