Job Description:

As a Business Compliance Specialist, you will assist in compliance projects covering the company's operations, ensuring functional areas are operating in accordance with established policies. You will implement changes as a result of compliance audits and perform other accounting, compliance, audit, and finance work under the direction of the Business Compliance group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test business operations against control requirements, including SOX testing
  • Assist with System Access Reviews for risk mitigation in company systems
  • Perform audits of Lennox retail stores and inventory for accurate inventory controls
  • Assist other parts of the business with implementing new processes or controls, with the guidance of the Business Compliance group
  • Perform other accounting, compliance, audit, or finance projects as directed

Qualifications:

  • College/University student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance/Accounting or related business degree, with a minimum GPA of 3.2
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented with good analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to quickly learn and contribute to new projects and use new technologies
