The Women in Agriculture program is committed to providing educational opportunities for women interested in developing management skills in every facet of agriculture by providing leadership, learning experiences, support, and networking avenues to empower women to compete and survive in this challenging and complex industry.

As the Global Women in Ag Program Coordinator II (Temporary), you will: Manage the development, coordination, and administration of a new women in agriculture initiative and will work with university faculty and internal and external collaborators to enable the program to meet its goals and objectives. Be responsible for project administration, industry sponsor communication, grant writing, and overall financial reporting. Coordinate communications, outreach, and event/workshops planning at a national and international scale. Create educational content (videos/articles/publications) to share research results and to provide training materials to national and international audiences. Participate in committees and activities. Attend events as the program representative to recruit volunteers and stakeholders for the program on a national and international level. This position will work remotely but must be able to attend in-person meetings and events in Nebraska on a regular basis.
