Your Impact

  • Challenge, Disrupt and Educate: Use your expertise to challenge customers and educate them on industry best practices. Showcase the value of Figured's solutions.
  • Strategic Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals by growing new and existing accounts.
  • Build Partnerships: Guide customer stakeholders and build support for Figured's solutions. Collaborate with the Chief Revenue Officer on key deals and market strategy.
  • Solve Problems: Proactively address deal-level obstacles. Generate sales leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate for Success: Partner with Figured teams to tackle market challenges, drive product enhancements, and shape go-to-market strategies. Develop close working relationships with key partners.

  • Challenger Sales: Experience with the Challenger Sales methodology—if you know, you know.
  • Seasoned Sales Professional: For enterprise and mid-market solution sales, you must be seasoned in B2B tech sales, preferably SaaS.
  • Pipeline Builder: Expertise in qualifying sales opportunities and generating a strong pipeline.
  • Sales Cycle Navigator: Understanding of a long-term sales cycle, with an ability to demonstrate, coach, and mentor a client into a sale.
  • Energetic and Driven: Energy and enthusiasm are essential. We are incredibly well-positioned in the US, but we still have a lot of exciting and energizing work to do to become market leaders.
