What you will do –
As a Field Operations Technician I, you will be responsible for ensuring the complete fulfillment of surgical set orders for the region and you will work hands on with the surgical equipment to guarantee sets are replenished and are 100% surgery ready upon their arrival. Additional responsibilities include:
Receive and unpack incoming inventoryConduct inventory, replenishment, and inspection of incoming branch surgical sets to prepare for redistributionPerform transactions for inventory movements to maintain proper traceability of inventoryPrepare and package surgical sets for shipmentWork with courier and transportation services for distribution of productParticipate in rotating on-call support nights and weekends when requiredComply with all manufacturing procedures and trainingEnsure all daily orders are fulfilled while providing the highest quality product as measured by KPI’sAssist with cycle counting inventory in various hospitals and office locations throughout territoryWhat you need -
High School diploma or equivalent required; Associates Degree preferred2+ years of experience requiredMust have the ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs.Must have the ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekend and evening call as neededValid Driver’s license with good driving recordAbout Stryker
